Hi there, I am trying to install Lotus Notes 8.5 by creating a package. It runs fine up to 95% of the install and then I get an error: Could not copy file: The system cannot find the file specifed. Old Path: C: Users Default install.xml, New Path: c: Program files IBM Notes framework rcp deploy install.update.xml At first I thought it was a Lotus Notes issue itself but I can run the application directly and it installs fine, it's when I package and deploy via Config Mgr that it throws out this error message, rolls back notes install, and removes even the previous version of notes:( Anyone else experience problems deploying this app? I've created the package and advertised, no go.
Alrighty, I don't want to Jinx myself, but I think I got it working. Here's what I did: • First, I downloaded and installed the Lotus Notes Installshield Tuner on my computer. Adobe Photoshop For Pocket Pc.
(the IBM file is called: c84t5na.exe) • Extracted the contents of the Lotus Notes 8.5 installation executable (I think you called it C1SP4EN.exe) so I had the actual installation files. • Ran the Installshield Tuner & enabled/disabled whatever I needed so that I could create my MST file, named the MST file custom.mst. • Imported the Package into Configuration Manager. Pulse Amplitude Modulation Circuit Pdf. • Setup the Program with the following Config: Command Line: setup.exe /s /v'TRANSFORMS=custom.mst /L*v C: install.log /qb' Run: Normal After Running: No action Required Run Mode: Run with users's Rights/Only when a user is logged on/Runs with UNC Name (Our users have Admin rights to local box - unfortunately. Download Realtek Drivers For Windows 7 Free more. ) Advanced Tab (Defaults) As for the Tuner, I didn't really make any major configuration changes. We install our Lotus Notes to C: Notes so that is the only thing we changed.
