If it's just a guide to what to do in story mode, there's an alright one I used a while ago, I can probably find it again.

If you want a guide so you know the story, I can't help, but I found that it didn't take long to figure out how to unlock pretty much everything in the game. The story mode is mostly the same up until chapter 5, where there's a three-way decision, that sets you on to one of three paths. The first one unlocks (I think) Deadly Kong, and 1-3 of Liger Zero's armours, depending on how much of a certain thing you did. Ben 10 Alien Force The Rise Of Hex Game. The second one I think unlocks the Death Stinger somehow, and the third for the Death Saurer. Not definete, but that's probably right. The rest of the Zoids and pilots are unlocked by completing Zi Warriors, to unlock a pilot each time, and buying certain weapons unlocks the other Zoids.
