One person would just repeat 'reset your tv' over and over even when I explained the situation. I thought I was speaking to a robot for a second.and forget about the 'live chat' it's worthless.it's a bunch of canned responses.

Frustrating.especially when Samsung caused the problem in the first place.my advice is to turn off auto-update as soon as they fix this issue. I too have figured out by myself that if you completly disconnect from the network that the turning on-turning off problem goes away. It's also my observation that it's the only cure. We have seen a post here that states that if you do the total reset as suggested by the moderator that it only holds until you power the tv off and then the problem is back, so that's not a cure for this issue.

The bigger question is. If the only way my tv will work (in a way that i can actually watch it without it restarting every 2-4 mins) is to totally disconnect from the network, then how on earth is the problem ever going to get corrected??? I mean, if i'm disconnected how will new firmware/software get pushed out to my unusable tv???? If i am connected what happens if it restarts itself in the middle of an update.
